Skystream 111 plus
My skystream does not work like it is supposed to. Can you send me a replacement?

Your thread title and post mention a Skystream 111 Plus which in not a Sky TV product so I fear you have posted on the wrong forum.

Posting it's not working like it's supposed to isn't giving any details on the actual issue you're experiencing, without such info it's going to be difficult to help.

The Skystream III Plus looks to be some kind of Android media device.
That is not a Sky or Comcast product.
You will need to go to their support site or forum that discusses it.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
