Sky streaming sound freeze

My Sky streaming via the puck keeps freezing just for a second, sound usually. I've tried all the troubleshooting guides and nothing has solved it. I've even replaced the tv with my Sky protect policy and it is still doing it on all channels . Any suggestions please?
