Sky streaming freezing constantly
Terrible streaming service can hardly watch the TV... this happened over Xmas.. beginning to question what I am paying for... pleaee sort this out

You not talking to sky this is a customer helps customer community. You will need to provide more information such as your ISP, broadband speed, and speed your puck is getting. You can do this by running a speed test in netflix (profile pic > get help > connectivity check).
Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if more than one sky streaming device.
Please provide more details and the community will do its best to assist.
