Sky streaming box keeps freezing
This is second sky steaming box that I have had and this replacement is worse that the original box I had I need new box

I would suggest it's not the box it is something local to you e.g. WiFi stability or broadband speed. Glass / Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. Does your broadband meet this requirement?
You can check the speed the puck is getting by opening netflix going to get help? And connection check. You may have more stability using an ethernet cable or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in the settings on the puck.
