Sky stream

Hi had my sky scream box replaced recently but same old problem no colour picture seems to be in back and grey my own smart tv has better quality and picture resolution has anyone else had this issue

If two pucks do the same thing, doesn't that rather suggest that the television set is the issue?

Yes but you said it's happened on 2 different pucks now, which would indicate the issue is related to the TV most likely ( particularly if you have been using different HDMI cables with each puck you have tried?)

 

The other option is to try the connect it to a different HDMI port on your TV if it has more than one as perhaps it's the port that is the problem.
