please can you explain what you mean? You are having issues? Do you want to move to Sky broadband and add movies? All this can be achieved via sky.com or by calling sky.
We are fellow subscribers here on the community. We and try and help you with your issues if you exain in more detail, however for pricing etc you will need to call Sky.

Probably broadband related. Poor WiFi, speed, connection or maybe all three. Try a hard wired connection
