Sky stream

Keep freezing. Checked Internet all good top speed's everything connected to Internet still working. Still freezing

@Nova1888  How did you check your speed?  Did you open the Netflix app, go to Get Heklp and run a connection test?  If so what speed is being reported at that point?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
