Are you connected via WiFi? It could easily be the strength and stability of the WiFi network that is the cause of the issue.

Re: Sky stream
Yes Wi-Fi speed is very good. It also keeps saying loading programs. Haven't been able to watch any normal programs today apart from U tube or Amazon. It's happening a lot.

Re: Sky stream
First would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Also, would be worth checking the wifi network speed test on each of your Pucks, in case there is a local network problem.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
