Sky stream

Hi i just got sky stream yesterday, set it up no problem, but in the sky app its still saying awaiting set up.. waiting for me to connect my sky stream. Also still processing my sky ultimate tv and netflix, any idea how long this takes or what i can do? Thanks!

Is the Stream puck working? Is it connected to broadband and receiving all the channels you are supposed to receive? If it is then there must be some communication problem with your account. Give Sky a ring if it doesn't change in 24 hours.
