Sky stream uhd problems

Hi I recently bought this streaming box all works fine apart from uhd can't seem to change the resolution I've tried everything restarting both different cables different ports error code 

UH031 I've got an lg Oled c4 any ideas thanks

@Jaydris994 first ensure you have selected 2160UHD in the settings/picture and sound menu. This means all of the output from the puck will be in UHD no matter the orginal format of the material the puck will upscale the content.

Only a minority of content is created in UHD the only linear channels broadcasting UHD are Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports F1 UHD which you will get if you have Sky Soortscand the UHDpack in your sunscription Sky Cinema linear channels only show movies in HD butvthere are often UHD versions on demand. If you have the UHD add-on you should be able to access any on demand content in UHD from Sky but it helps to find it if you change the default streaming quality to 2160 from Auto.

Apos like Netflix etc also stream in UHD if you subscribe at the correct level and you dont need the Sky add-on to view that.

Hi yeah when I try and click the uhd option the screen goes black the hdmi says no signal then I get the message saying uhd could not be setup on this tv or something like that all other content works in uhd I just don't understand this problem I've used the hdmi cable provided also tried others still no luck

Hi @Jaydris994 , It sounds like a UHD hand shaking issue between the puck and the TV, I would first turn your TV off and unplug the HDMI cable on the TV and connect to a different HDMI input, then switch the TV back and go to your TV setting and make sure the HDMI input that You are now using is changed to UHD or sometimes 4K, then as @Chrisee says change the resolution on the puck to 2160p and streaming output to Auto,
