Can you explain the issue in a bit more detail. Whe. You say turn off do you mean the puck goes into standby? Are there any messages on screen? Do all other devices on your network carry on working (i.e. no parental controls etc). What are you doing to get in back on currently? I.e. power off and on.
The community will do it's best to assist but we need to understand exactly the issue.
