Sky stream taking forever to load

I cannot get sky to load on two of my 4 sky stream units . Amazon prime will not load at all channel 4 will load after about 5 mins of waiting acts like there is no internet but tests show 865 download and 900 upload

Check the speeds your picks are getting via the Netflix app on each puck...
