Sky stream stuck on ‘your now connect’ on set up

when clicking continue it doesn't continue

I have test box and unplugged it a few times not worked

@Woodh493 leavecthe box connected as sometimes the issue will vlear especially if it is the esrly hours when Sky's systems update. If it doesnt call Sky when their lines open around 8am.
