Good so the answer is if you get stuck in the manner that you did,either leave the puck to turn itself off and on or turn it off and then on again as I said and it works. Glad you're sorted.

@Jav82 Sky advise customers not to do a hard reset unless told to by one of their advisers as the process can go wrong. I would call Sky to see if they can rectify the issue from their end but do not bectoo surprised if they tell you to repeat the reset.

I too had this issue if you switch the puck off and then on again it will then take you through the set up process.And when you get to the pin request if you input the new pin that it got stuck on then you'll be able to complete the process

Thanks for replies. It has somehow started working again...
I entered the pin and the screen seemed stuck, I just left it for over an hour. When I came back it had shutdown but upon startup it started working.
