Hello I had sky stream delivered three days ago the initial installation seem to be very easy all of a sudden the remote control stopped working completely tried all the tricks and things they say online to do hasn't worked also we've installed it in the bedroom upstairs it says it's updating and it stayed on zero I haven't even tried to do the third room because I believe it will be the same thing I used to have sky Q but because of my dish being blocked by a massive tree I was convinced to go to sky stream really not happy after being with Sky for 23 years
