I ordered multi room but only have 1 puck
Did you order Whole Home? Did you add a puck to your order? It doesn't happen automatically so you needed to have added the number of pucks required at the point of ordering.

Re: Sky stream puck
If you do only have one puck, you do not need Whole Home.
Whole Home does though as well as the ability to stream on more than one Sky Glass and Sky Stream device at a time, also upgrades your Sky Go viewing to being able to watch on four devices at a time instead of two and allows you to watch Sky Go on game consoles.
If though you wish to cancel it.
Go into your MySky, Your products>Manage
Select Whole Home and select cancel.
It will continue until the end of your current Whole Home pack subscribed month and then no further payment will be made.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
