Sky stream puck
I've had the Sky Stream Puck for 2 months now and had no issues. I have 3 pucks in total, but for the last week I've had issues with the one in the living room.
it no long powers on like it used to and when I unplug it or turn the power off, it comes back on, the light flashes white and then it turns off.
I've had to repeat this process until it eventually turns on, only to find myself in the same situation again the next day which is frustrating. Any idea why it has started doing this?

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely doing the recovery procedure on step 4;
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

I've tried this and the box comes on and lets me go through the set up again, but then the remote randomly stops working part way through so I can't finish the set up. The volume and power button still work on the remote at this stage but it won't let me select or navigate.

Just to be certain, did you do the re-pair of your remote control before doing the recovery procedure as it mentions on that step 4?
