So I've just made the move from bt to sky!!
Ive had my sky stream puck delivered and I've set it up straight away, as I've got to the end I've clicked on the sky icon and all I'm getting is about sky stream without sky ultimate tv. So it's saying I've got no subscription when I have.

You will need to call sky. We are fellow customers on the community but the system can't see your subscription for some reason.
