Sky stream puck won’t download new software.

The puck won't download the new software. Keeps going to remote setup then the reboot screen. I have tried everything on the help section.  How do I get a replacement puck ?  Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried the recovery procedure as follows;

 

Press and hold the Standby button on the bottom of the Sky Stream puck

Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains plug and wait until you see the LED lights flash different colours, then remove your finger

Mine was like that last weekend. Just an endless cycle no matter what you do. Although I'd followed all the instructions on that help page the qr code points to nothing changed. I eventually rang and had a lovely cs rep who ran diagnostics etc and arranged for my puck to be swapped out. It arrived the next morning.

 

@lettice  same result as above no matter what I did.
