Every four hours Stream Puck turns off , why ? If this is some lame attempt to save power then it just doesn't ,simply all it does is makes me regret giving up my Q , any advice?

It's a 'thing' with Sky Stream. The puck will automatically go into standby if it detects no interaction from the customer (ie no button pressed or movement of the remote.)
It's some kind of energy saving edict which cannot be over-ridden.
