Hi there, bit of a long one.
We are having an issue with our sky stream puck. We were watching something the other day and it stopped playing. Tv screen then showed no signal on that hdmi port.
I have done a factory reset on the tv and hard reset of the puck numerous times. When I do this the puck starts loading as far as the coloured line across middle of screen, sometimes with flashes of green and pink in the bottom half of screen only. It then fails to load any further and goes back to showing no signal on that HDMI port. I have tried in multiple ports and with multiple cables.
I have tried other devices and they work fine using the original cable and hdmi port.
I have done the live chat with sky a couple of times so have plugged puck in with a lan cable direct to router etc to no avail.
Also tried the puck on another tv last night upstairs on the other side of the house with worse WiFi signal and it worked fine.
TV is an LG C5E if that makes any difference. Any help or advise would be much appreciated! Thanks
