Sky stream puck not working

My sky stream puck keeps turning off itself no matter what channel I'm on. I've had the puck only a few weeks and it is in perfect condition. Please advise asap how to resolve and/or kindly send me out a replacement puck as this one is faulty.

If you want the puck replaced you'll need to call Sky.
