Sky stream puck no video issue

Hi all,

 

Switched on the sky stream puck and my tv today. Puck loads the Sky home menu fine but when I select live TV/any app (Netflix etc)/catchup. It loads the content but only the audio plays. The program 'timer' ticks along as if it's playing but no video plays. No screen flickering or any hdmi issues encountered.

 

Have tried normal restart, factory reset, changing  video and audio settings.

 

Fresh out of ideas! Any help will be well received!

Now seems to not play audio either! Sometimes when turning it off then on again I get audio, other times none! Video never seems to work..
