Tried to activate my Sky stream puck for the first time. It requires a software update, which, after carried out displays a page that says "Not Supported!"
I'm using a Toshiba tv (model number: 32AV615DB)

Can you try running through the setup with the puck plugged into your router via ethernet cable. Once complete you can revert to WiFi
