Sky stream not working

I had Sky stream set up yesterday for the first time. It doesn't work! Have rebooted puck, several times, can't get Sky home menus to display . Remote not responding to anything and TV stuck on Google play page with apps such as utube, Netflix , Various other apps to choose from but no Sky Menus..I give up!!

If your TV is showing its display and not the streams it sounds like your haven't selected to HDMI input channel on your a tv.

 

Use your TV remote to change the input source and go through the HDMI sources one by one and see if you see the stream screen (obviously making sure the stream is out of standby first). Also make sure the HDMI cable is correctly connected into the stream and your TV.

It is fixed! Thank you so much for your help. Everything working now after I turned on HDMI. Had spent over 30 minutes previously,on to Sky Tec Support. They ended up asking me to get a neighbour or friend to help me because they didn't know how to fix issue. It took me One Minute to fix after following your advice! So much for Tec Support on Sky!

That's because it's not Tech Support you tend to reach at Sky, it the customer services team and all they do is follow a script, so if they don't have as script for a particular issue they are of no help whatsoever
