@ChrisH21 it might need a reboot. Turn it off at the plug for 30 seconds before turning it back on. This is why common after the initial setup, i think its mainly the result of the initial software update it does.
If it still has issues it may be the internet connection its getting. How have you setup the internet WIFI or ethernet?
