@alison01656 The first thing to do is a reboot of the puck.  Switch it off at the plug socket for 30 seconds before switching it back on again.  I will take about a minute to reboot.

If that doesn't help have a look at the trouble shooting guide at the link below:

Follow the troubleshooting steps and try the recovery process (step 4 I think) which might also help.  If this did not  resolve the issue click on the button Yes, I still need help click the phone icons and it will taker you to a phone number to use to contact Sky.

@alison01656If you are not using UHD change the output in settings to 1080i rather than "auto" this may help.

All sorted now, switched off power for a few minutes, now working

@alison01656 That's great news, I'm glad it sorted out your issue 😀

As a general rule it is the first thing to do if your system starts to misbehave but of course it doens't work for every situation.
