Follow the troubleshooting steps and try the recovery process (step 4 I think) which might also help. If this did not resolve the issue click on the button Yes, I still need help click the phone icons and it will taker you to a phone number to use to contact Sky.

All sorted now, switched off power for a few minutes, now working

As a general rule it is the first thing to do if your system starts to misbehave but of course it doens't work for every situation.
