Sky stream not streaming in UHD

We've paid for the UHD atmos upgrade but sky sports and sky cinema are only streaming in HD, we have set up for UHD in the settings....please advise.

Sky Cinema is only in HD on the linear (live) channels but there's a lot of movies available on demand with full UHD, HDR and Atmos.

Are you seeing the Sky Sports UHD channels the EPG? 

Also, does your TV support HLG as a HDR format?
