Sky stream no sound

Ive been having an issue for the past few weeks now where whrn i turn on my sky stream puck and put any channel on i have no sound amd have to do a full reboot to get the sound back on this is happening more frequently up to 8 to 10 times a day and is very frustrating its a nearly new tv and sound is fine on everything else and ive changed the HDMI cable too and no difference any help please
