Sky stream keeps freezing when watching sky channels

My sky stream keeps freezing and then crashes when watching any sky channel after a few minutes.

The sky puck is connected via Ethernet and I have full fibre 500.

I have tried the factory reset as well as picture reset and nothing solves the issue.

any other suggestions?

Have you checked to make sure that WiFi is turned off on the puck's network settings? Sky Stream pucks rather stupidly still try to use WiFi even when an ethernet cable is connected.

That's more than enough speed. You're possibly connected to a congested Sky server or one that's struggling in the heat. 

Probably worth giving Sky a call for further troubleshooting.

I have been having the same issues for weeks - I've undertaken all the resets/ full power cycle/checked internet with & without ethernet & nothing is resolving the issue
