Sky stream keeps dropping out

My sky stream now for the past 2 weeks keeps dropping and we cannot access anything unless we reset the puck or reboot the entire system

@Bellabim it could be a fault with the puck but its worth checking the WiFi signal strength the puck is feceiving by looking stvthe indicatiin in the Settings/Network menu. Stream oucks need sufficent bandwidth butvas important is stablecdignal free from interference.

@Bellabim   Are you connected via an Ethernet cable? If not does your router have a clear line of sight to your puck with nothing in the way.and is your puck and router clear of any objects near them?  This can often effect the signal.
