Sky stream keeps crashing
Just set up Sky stream switching from Virgin but it keeps crashing and restarting or not coming back on at all. Have tried rebooting numerous times, switching from wifi to ethernet connection but no joy. Checked WiFi speed on Netflix and shows 460mbps so speed is fine. It's currently unusable. Any suggestions?

Re: Sky stream keeps crashing
Tried to reply but got an error saying none of the users have PM enabled.
Like my initial post says, I've just moved to sky stream and it's not usable. It turns on but the screen is very judderey and then either freezes after a few seconds so you have to unplug it or just goes black and sometimes restarts. I've looked on the forum and managed to test the speed on Netflix when it did work for a few minutes and got 460mbps speed. I've tried factory reset and resetting the router but no luck. Any suggestions? welcome
