Sky stream issues
My sky stream keeps buffering all the time is there anything I can do or buy to make it stop doing this please

Improve your broadband speed and quality would be the first line of attack.
Check what speed your puck is actually receiving by running a network check from the get help menu within the Netflix app. You need a minimum of 25Mbps constantly for Stream to function with any sort of reliability.

It's probably the inadequate puck which needs severe updating and Sky to admit it

If you don't have that minimum speed then it's pointless having Sky Stream.
SkyOS which runs on it is server-based so needs a constant fast and stable connection. If you cannot provide it the you're better getting a different TV service.
