Sky stream constantly flashing white

my sky is flashing white at least 2 times a day for long periods of time.

@Victoria2701   Hi, we are customers like you on here trying to help fellow customers with their problems.  It would help if we could have more details.  Does this happen on all channels for instance?  How long is "a long period of time"?  Is your router and puck in the same room?  Etc.    Have you tried unplugging your puck waiting a minute or so and replug it in?     Thanks
