Not a lot of information to go off there. Remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky so we don't know anything about your setup unless you tell us!
Who is your ISP? Are other devices working as expected? Is ther an error message on screen? What steps have you tried to resolve so far?
In the first instance I would unplug you puck for 5 mins and then mains and then try again.
