Hi @Balwant

It's likely your ISP is providing you with an IP address that isn't recorded as being in the UK. You can try turning your router off for a while and see if this refreshes your address. However you might need to call your ISP and they may need to work with Sky to whitelist their ranges.

Re: Sky stream advising location issue

I have a static IP address which has not changed and sky was working fine until today.

doing an ip check clearly shows it as in the UK.

something has clearly happened at Sky's end.

Nothing had been announced, but the current trio of satellites at 19.2E which Sky uses for broadcast to UK and RoI reach end of life around the turn of the decade.  So far there's no indication that the operating company (SES in Luxembourg) has ordered any replacement platforms to be constructed for that orbital location, and launches need to be booked years in advance.

We are fellow subscribers here on the community. You will need to raise this with sky. I can escalate your post, but it's not instant or you can call them and get them to investigate.

There have been similar issues reported with your ISP: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Geo-location-server-issues-with-incorrect-IP-location/m-p/46...
