Sky stream account not linking

Got my sky stream puck on Saturday, tried to set it up but it won't link to my account. Spoke to the helpline who noted that there was an issue with my account authorisation/set up but that it needed back office to resolve and it should be done in 72 hours. That didn't happen so I called again, another request sent to back office but still not solved. Any idea how I can escalate this, I'm starting to get annoyed.

We are fellow customers on the community. We (SuperUsers) usually have the ability to escalate posts to sky but this is temporarily unavailable to us at the moment.

 

All you can do is call again or make a formal complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
