Sky sream

I have sky steam, no sky glass. The picture keeps freezing and going blurred. I have followed the steps sky suggest to help, but it has not worked. Run all tests and sky says no issues

If you open Netflix on the puck go to Get Help -> Check Your Network what download speed does it report?

That's waaaaaaaaay too slow for Sky Stream to function. Sky recommend a minimum of 25Mbps.

What speed is your home broadband network supposed to provide?

Wow, that speed will not work with Sky Stream. You will need a much faster speed than that.

If you have it connected via Wifi then it sounds like the issue is wifi interference. I'd suggest disabling the wifi in the pucks networking settings, connecting it to the internet via an Ethernet cable and then rebooting the puck by turning it off at the plug for 2 minutes ( the reboot is needed for it to pick up the disabled WiFi change).
