Sky sports picture problems

Watching football matches at the weekend and watching highlights today has been really difficult and frustrating.  The picture was non stop freezing for very long periods of time.  Really don't feel I should be paying for something I can't watch.  How can this be fixed when my app says there are no problems.

@Brightonmum  Picture issues like you describe are almost alway due to poor wifi speeds.  On the affected puck opne the Netflix app, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
