Sky shop not working
Sky shop doesn't work

@Sto74 have you tried rebooting the stream puck by unplugging it for a couple of minutes?

I had to do a factory reset (in Settings) to clear this error. Oddly, it also made subtitles work! I had the puck new a week ago.
