Sky shop and discovery + error messages

I am not able to get into the sky shop (MYSKY-2018 code) or access discovery+ (MYSKY-2018 error code). 

 

I have tryed the good old turn it off at the wall, wait and tern it on again, but that has not worked . I have also followed all the instructions on the chat bot but it directed me here. 

 

I can see from previous posts this issue is common and needed to be escalated. 

 

Any help would be great.

Hi @THOR1 

 

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for 2-3 weeks. You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.
