Sky remote

Hi all,

sky remote volume isn't working and sometimes the cursers aren't either. (It's stream so a puck and tried the pressing of buttons 1&3/7&9 and also tried removing batteries etc but still nothing any e got any ideas please ?

I have the same problem, I have two other pucks in the house that work perfectly but one won't work and like you have tried the standard take batteries out, press 1-3, 7-9 etc etc hard wired to cat6 but will not work! Can not get through to sky for love or money....

Follow the troubleshooting here. At the end of it, if nothing has helped, there's a link to order a replacement remote from Sky.
