Have had a sky puck for a few days now and it's been absolutely fine until tonight keeps saying error on the MySky app so I check and it's shows it's the puck but won't let me do anything more to it
@Highland Hi, if you haven't already tried, then turn the power off to your puck and leave it for at least 30 seconds then turn the power back on and wait to see if everything is working again.
