Sky puck

Watching itvx and half way through streaming completely blanked then unable to pick any Chanel, went on itvx through a TV app and working fine is there an issue ?

The only issue is that SkyOS on the stream puck is generally glitchy unless you perform daily reboots and have jitter-free broadband.

Hi @emmafox061001  Try resetting the ITVX app on your puck.  To reset it open the app & enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7

 

This clears the cache and should help resolve any issues with the specific ITVX app. After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”.  Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue.

 

Note - there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you have the ITVX homepage open.
