Sky puck

My sky puck doesn't seem to be working, broadband connection test says that's running fine but there is no light on the sky puck and not turning on? I've turned everything off and on again but still nothing?

If there's no light on the puck itself when you have connected it to the power supply and tried turning it on with the button underneath then it's likely a duff unit and will need to be replaced. You'll need to ring Sky to request this.
