Sky puck
All afternoon my sky puck keeps turning on and off. I've unplugged it etc.

Hi @Traceyb001
We will need a little more information. What do you mean by turning on and off? Do you mean the picture is going black or is your puck physically going into standby? What have you tried so far (e.g. powering it off at the mains)? How is your puck connected to the Internet and what speed do you get?
Remember we are fellow subscribers on the forum and not Sky, we have no information on your setup unless you tell us. The community will do it's best to assist but we need this info in order to be able to.
