Hi, I have recently joined sky and opted for 4 Sky pucks. All of these are connected via Ethernet and 3 of them work perfectly. One however keeps freezing and won't work longer than 5 minutes. I have tried other pucks with the same tv and seem to work fine so I'm guessing there is a problem with the puck itself.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tal You would need to call Sky to get the faulty puck swapped.
