Sky puck

Why does my sky puck box keep flashing white & all i get on my tv is the sky logo?

Try the process as outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

 

If that doesn't work, you may need to reset your puck using the recovery process as per step 4 here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck#:~:text=Try%20the%20rec....

 

If that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky for a replacement, as we are fellow subscribers on the forum.
