Sky puck

Hi one of my sky pucks isn't working I've ordered four and so far two are working but one will not work on any of my tvs. Comes on with sky then says no signal and goes off

@Beccy74  Have you tried these pucks on the other TV's that do work,, use the the HDMI cables on the working TV's this will either rule out the puck at issue or show it as faulty.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have I'm positive it's the puck. Will try to restore it tomorrow and if not will contact sky. Thankyou.
