Sky puck won’t connect

I just bought sky stream and the puck won't set up. I've tried factory reset and all the other solutions on this message board but it will not resolve. I can't use an Ethernet cable as the TV is too far from the WiFi hub. WiFi is working fine. Cannot get through on the phone to tech support. Anybody got and ideas I can try? Thank you.

I'm having the same problem. It used to connect, then would take a few minutes to connect, and now not at all. I did the same as you with full reset without any luck. I'm thinking a hardware fault. All my other devices continue to work. What do I do next?

I ended up having to contact Sky and they replaced my Puck as they said some of them had a hardware fault. Problem now resolved. Good luck.
